Lois Gray

A friend of Appalshop and an important Kentucky leader has died. Lois Howard Gray was from Glasgow, Kentucky, where her father was a well known doctor. In 1947, she and her husband founded Gray Construction Company, now an international company. As a key member of the Kentucky Arts Council Board of Directors, Lois Gray helped Horse Cave Theater, Appalshop, and other emerging Kentucky arts organizations. » »
